Kothari Jewellers provides free shipping for all orders within India. Every product is fully insured until delivery. We request all customers to inspect the package carefully for any damage before accepting the delivery.

Recipient Details & Verification

  • At the time of purchase, the customer must provide Kothari Jewellers with the complete name and address of the recipient, as per a valid Government of India photo identification card (e.g. PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, or Passport).

  • Upon delivery, the recipient will be required to present the same identification card as submitted during the order.

  • Changes to recipient details (Name, Address, or Government-issued ID) can only be made before the product is shipped. Such requests must be submitted via email, clearly specifying:

    • Name

    • Address

    • Government-approved ID proof

  • Once the product is shipped, no changes can be made to recipient details.

Secure Delivery

  • Delivery will be handled by a certified courier agent who will verify the recipient’s identity at the time of delivery.

  • To ensure secure and authorized handover, the courier agent will record details from the original ID proof submitted.

  • The recipient is expected to cooperate during this verification process by presenting the original copy of the identification document.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the recipient is unavailable during the first delivery attempt, the courier company will attempt to deliver the product up to three times.

  • If the recipient remains unreachable or unavailable, the product will be returned to the sender.
