Free Insured Shipping Across India
Kothari Jewellers offers free shipping on all domestic orders across India. Every order is fully insured until it reaches you. We request customers to inspect the package carefully for any signs of damage before accepting the delivery.

Recipient Details & Verification

At the time of purchase, customers are required to provide the full name and address of the recipient, matching a valid Government of India photo identification (PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, or Passport).

  • Upon delivery, the same ID must be presented by the recipient.

  • Any changes to recipient details (Name, Address, or ID) can only be made before the order is shipped, by emailing us the updated details:

    • Full Name

    • Address

    • Government-approved ID proof

  • No changes can be made once the shipment has been dispatched.

Secure Delivery Process

  • Orders are delivered through certified courier agents who are instructed to verify the recipient’s identity at the time of delivery.

  • The agent will record ID details and require the recipient to present the original ID document submitted at the time of purchase.

  • This process is mandatory to ensure the safe and authorized handover of high-value items.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier partner will attempt up to three deliveries.

  • If all delivery attempts fail and the recipient remains unreachable, the shipment will be returned to Kothari Jewellers.
