In such cases, we will notify you promptly regarding the cancellation, whether partial or complete, and guide you on any additional information required to process your order.

2. Order Cancellations by Customers

  • You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

  • Once your cancellation request is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 10 working days through the original payment method.

  • After shipping, cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Failed Transactions

If your account is charged but the transaction fails, we will ensure the full refund is credited back to your bank account at the earliest.
